about.
Yes, it's a real human here.
I’m Inga Cassidy, a human-centered designer and a MA in neurodesign. Also, a novelist. Scriptwriter. Independent Artist.
I've worked with Jeep, Cosmopolitan, Scandic Hotels, Finnish Broadcasting Company, DHL, Swatch Group, European Capital of Culture and many others.
Also: Foodie. Beginner surfer (bad). Mother. Crazy Finnish sisu (see’-soo). Science geek.
I design for humans, not against us.

I have an incurable curiosity to understand how our brain responds to design — from the offices that claim to boost productivity, to the healthcare systems that definitely don’t, to trying to book a train ticket and ending up in a labyrinth of pop‑ups and forgotten passwords.
With neurodesign we can rewire our lives, societies, systems and brands to support wellbeing and sustainability.
Call me crazy, but we can do it.
(I do come with Finnish Sisu*, insane, stoic determination.)
services.
*Sisu (see'-soo), noun (Finnish)
*Sisu a uniquely Finnish form of stoic resilience – unshakable persistence, tenacity of purpose, grit, bravery, hardiness, quiet courage, and unwavering determination when the odds are stacked wildly against you.
Characteristics:
Action-oriented perseverance | Absurd resilience in hardship | Deep inner strength | Part of Finnish national identity (Perkele)
