What if… we design for our brain, not against it?

Have you read about the AI brain fry, the exhaustion, the mental health problems, loneliness, and the costs of those?

WHO addressed in 2022, the stress and anxiety costing our global economy $1 trillion annually.

Clearly there is something not quite working in our modern systems.

I believe we, as humans, are valuable enough to be more than a variable in our own worlds.

So, I do the systemic, human-centered design, to design our care pathways, education systems, tech-human interaction etc. to actually serve and support us, not drain us.

Human-centered design to me is to look at our multi-layered systems and design beyond the user experience.

We need to understand our experience on a systemic level, and design that in mind.

That means an integrated understanding of
Architecture (neuroarchitecture)
Urban design
Biophilic design
Tech for humans
Social neuroscience
Affective neuroscience
Psychology
